NOTICE OF VIRTUAL SPECIAL MEETING

 

A “Virtual” Special Meeting of the East Tampa CRA Community Advisory Committee (“CAC”) has been called as follows:

 

Date:                    Wednesday, April 22, 2020

Time:                    1:30 P.M. – 2:45 P.M.

Location:              Virtual Meeting – Audio only

 

The purpose of this Virtual Special Meeting is to discuss a the business eligibility criteria of the proposed business grant program recommended for approval by the East Tampa Community Advisory Committee on Tuesday, April 21, 2020. No other business will be conducted at this Virtual Special Meeting of the CAC.

 

Because of the COVID-19 State of Emergency, this special meeting of the CRA will be held in accordance with declarations and provisions of the Governor’s Executive Order 20-69.   This means that this special meeting will be conducted by remote participation or teleconferencing, which is referred to by State of Florida statutes and rules as “communications media technology”.

 

Since this meeting will be conducted with the use of communications media technology, the following alternative methods have been established for members of the CAC and the public to participate in this Virtual Special Meeting of the CAC:
