Note: Because of the COVID-19 State of Emergency, the HPC

public hearings will be held at the Tampa Convention Center

in order to allow Commission members, applicants, city staff,

and interested members of the public to observe appropriate

social distancing measures, which require a minimum of 6 feet

between individuals.


Members of the public who do not wish to appear in person,

due to COVID-19 or otherwise, may submit written comments

by mail to the Architectural Review & Historic Preservation Offices,

4900 W. Lemon Street, Tampa, FL 33609, or by email to  All written comments must be

received, no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled meeting

in order to be distributed to the Commission members and be

included in the official record of the meeting. To check the status

of the public hearing regarding postponement or cancellation,

please contact Beverly Jewesak at (813) 274-7706 a minimum

of two (2) days prior to the public hearing date.



Any person who decides to appeal any decision made with respect to any matter considered at this public hearing or meeting are advised, in accordance with Section 286.0105, Florida Statutes, that they will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose may need to hire a court reporter to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceeding is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
