  • How to become an approved realtor for the City’s Mortgage Assistance Program (MAP).
  • City’s MAP process:
    • What should buyers do first?
    • What is the maximum amount of assistance?
    • The Housing Quality Standards (HQS) Inspection process.

(HQS Inspection is required to receive Down Payment Assistance through the City’s Mortgage Assistance Program)
