Architectural Review Commission - Public Hearing Agendas
Please note that if you are on the agenda, you must attend the public hearing. If you desire a continuance, the request for one must be made in writing to the ARC staff prior to the meeting. The ARC may or may not grant the continuance request.

All interested parties and citizens may appear and be heard as to any and all matters pertinent to the application. Because of the COVID-19 State of Emergency, meetings will be held at the Tampa Convention Center in order to allow Commission members, applicants, city staff, and interested members of the public to observe appropriate social distancing measures which require a minimum of 6 feet between individuals. Members of the public who do not wish to appear in person, due to COVID-19 or otherwise, may submit written comments by mail to the Architectural Review & Historic Preservation Offices, 1400 N. Boulevard, Tampa, FL 33607 or by email to Beverly.Jewesak@tampagov.net . All written comments must be received no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled meeting in order to be distributed to the Commission members and be included in the official record of the meeting. To check the status of the public hearing regarding postponement or cancellation, please contact Beverly Jewesak at (813) 274-7706 a minimum of two (2) days prior to the public hearing date.
Please note that the final agenda is published on the day before the public hearing in order to accommodate requests for continuances and other scheduling changes. The draft agenda may change.
