Requesting approval from the Historic Preservation Commission requires an application for a designation. You may download the application forms, complete them and make an appointment with staff for submission. The office number is 274-3100, option #3.
In addition to the application forms listed below, please look at the Fee Schedule for the appropriate fees. These must be paid at the time of submission. Payment may be made by check or credit card.
