The City of Tampa’s PIPES Program was approved by City Council on September 5, 2019 and went into effect November 1, 2019. The program has a new rate structure that will include a monthly base charge for water and wastewater services for all customer rateHow will these increases affect my bill? Residential account holders using the average amount of water monthly (8 ccf or about 6,000 gallons) will see their monthly bill increase from $41.29 to $46.50 for water and wastewater charges in the first year.
