2019 Friday Concerts in the Park Line-up Announced

The City of Tampa Parks & Recreation Department has partnered with the Friends of Tampa Recreation to host the seven-week Friday Concerts in the Park this spring.

With a full schedule of live music planned, concert-goers can enjoy a weekly variety of music to satisfy all tastes from pop to jazz to blues to classic rock. The family-friendly, concerts are now in its 32nd year and boasts it’s Tampa’s longest running concert series, always local and always free. Concerts are held every Friday in April, except Good Friday, (April 19, 2019), at Water Works Park, and in May at Historic River Tower Park.
Concert-goers should bring low-back lawn chairs and/or blankets for seating. Picnics (no glass, please) and leashed, well-behaved dogs are welcome. Local food trucks will also be onsite.
