Burglary at Tampa Flea Market

At 12:40 am Officers responded to a silent alarm at 11612 North Nebraska Avenue, the Tampa Flea Market. The first Officer on scene observed a subject in all black inside the 20,000 square foot structure. The subject ignored lawful commands and fled deeper into the building. An exhaustive search of the premises by Patrol, R.O.C., K-9, Detectives, and Air Service discovered that the subject had broken into the building via the roof top and was concealed on the roof under a large pipe. Once in custody, Tampa Fire ladder unit # 13, assisted TPD by bringing out a ladder truck to take the subject off the roof.

The subject arrested is W/M Rosado, Roberto (3-16-94) who is being interviewed by Detectives at District II at this time.
