City of Tampa Launches Survey for Utility Bill Improvements

A new online survey will give the City of Tampa’s 124,000 utility customers an opportunity to provide input on ways to update the current utility bill. Survey results and comments will be taken into account as the City embarks on revising the current design, which has not been modified in more than 15 years.

The survey is part of an ongoing process by the City of Tampa to provide easy-to-understand utility billing and improve customer service for its account holders. City of Tampa water, wastewater and solid waste customers can participate in the Utility Bill Improvements Survey online at through September 30, 2011.
