City of Tampa Traffic Advisory for the Tampa Bay's Tailgate Taste Fest - October 5, 2019

Traffic is expected to be heavier than normal in Downtown Tampa this Saturday due to the Tampa Bay's Tailgate Taste Fest at the Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park. Drivers and pedestrians alike are advised to allow for extra time to travel through the area.

The festival hours are from 3:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.


STREET/LANE CLOSURE SCHEDULE:

Friday, October 4, 2019 12:00 p.m. -5:00 p.m.

  •  N. Ashley Drive - southbound outside lane closure - from W. Gasparilla Plaza to E. Madison Street with a break at E. Twiggs Street

Saturday, October 5, 2019 7:30 a.m.-2:00 p.m. & 9:30 p.m.-1:30 a.m.

  • N. Ashley Drive - southbound outside lane closure - from W. Gasparilla Plaza to E. Madison Street with a break at E. Twiggs Street

Saturday, October 5, 2019 9:30 a.m. - Midnight

  • W. Gasparilla Plaza from W. Cass Street to N. Ashley Drive

The Tampa Police Department would like to remind all participants to report suspicious activity. If you see something, say something. No tip is too small. Report anything suspicious to the nearest police officer or submit an anonymous tip using the TPD mobile app available on iPhones and Androids.
