If it seems as if Tampa Mayor Bob Buckhorn is every place and all at once, add one more location to the list -- MOR-TV (WMOR). Mayor Buckhorn and Jack Harris, his cohort on the long-running Tampa television show The Mayor's Hour, are adding a replay venue for the program. Starting this Sunday, September 16 at 7 a.m., The Mayor's Hour, which is produced by City of Tampa Television (CTTV), will be carried monthly by MOR-TV, the Hearst Television owned independent television station serving Tampa Bay.

The Mayor's Hour brings a behind-the-scenes perspective to local organizations and places of interest in Tampa. Past shows have visited One Buc Place, the Jennifer Leigh Muma Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Tampa General Hospital, HCC’s Ybor City Campus Training Center, and the USF Center for Advanced Medical Learning and Simulation to name a few.

The show that will debut on MOR this Sunday focuses on the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's (NOAA) Aircraft Operations Center at MacDill Air Force Base. During the program, Buckhorn and Harris tour the mighty WP-3D Orion hurricane hunter and learn from the experts how storm information is gathered and processed to keep residents of the Gulf Coast safe.

"Airing The Mayor’s Hour on MOR further showcases our commitment to the community, bringing this entertaining and extremely valuable program to the audience we serve," notes MOR President & General Manager, Ken Lucas.

On cable, MOR can be seen on channel 12 & 1012 on Bright House Networks (channel 10 in North Pinellas County), Verizon FiOS 12 & 512, and Comcast Venice 12 & 437, and on channel 4 on Comcast Sarasota.

The Mayor's Hour also airs weekly on CTTV, which is Channel 15 on the Verizon FiOS system and Channel 615 on Bright House Networks.
