After reviewing evidence in the case with the State Attorney's Office, detectives have arrested two suspects in last week's murder of John Browne. The suspects robbed the victims of a bicycle and shot both of them on East 21st Avenue. One died at the scene. The other victim was transported to Tampa General Hospital. He was treated and later released. Shortly at 8:00pm Thursday night, detectives responded to Kito Felton's home and arrested both suspects without incident. They will be transported to the Juvenile Assessment Center.
