Land Development Coordination (LDC) Division is part of the Planning and Development Department. LDC is comprised of the Zoning, Subdivision/DRI (development of regional impact), and Right-of-Way and Mapping Sections. Organizationally, there is an authorized staff of 13, including one vacancy. LDC primarily administers Chapter 27 – Zoning and Land Development.
