Stormwater Operations, a division within the Transportation and Stormwater Services Department, is responsible for approximately 600 miles of stormwater pipe, 180 miles of ditches, and over 100 retention and detention ponds. Debris and silt are removed regularly to maintain the system's ability to control flooding and prevent stormwater pollution.
