The Mayor’s Hack-a-thon gave coders, developers, problem-solvers, and designers the opportunity to create an internet-based application using data from the City of Tampa and the Hillsborough Area Regional Transit Authority (HART).

Participants worked for exactly 48 hours over the weekend from Friday, June 22, 2012 to Sunday, June 24, 2012 to design and build their application.
