Mayor Castor will unveil her Crosswalks to Classrooms initiative in Commitment to Vision Zero

On Thursday, November 14th, 2019 at 7:30 AM, Mayor Castor will be unveiling her Crosswalks to Classrooms initiative by showcasing an artistic painted crosswalk and the city’s newest commitment to Vision Zero. Vision Zero is a strategy to eliminate all traffic fatalities and severe injuries, while increasing safe, healthy, equitable mobility for all. Leah Shahum, the Founder and Executive Director of the Vision Zero Network, will be in attendance as well as members of the Hillsborough MPO and Planning Commission, parents, students and teachers of Rampello Magnet School.
