MEDIA ADVISORY - PHOTO OPPORTUNITY - Groundbreaking Ceremony as Construction Begins on Warehouse Lofts in Seminole Heights
Mayor Bob Buckhorn will join Wesley Burdette, developer/owner, to break ground on the new residential project in Old Seminole Heights. The project, located at 4513 N. Florida Avenue, will convert an old warehouse into 48 apartments, and will cost approximately $5.5 million.
The team behind Warehouse Lofts is led by Wesley Burdette. Brian Wolfe of Wolfe Design Group is the architect, and Gabler Brothers is the general contractor. Financing is being provided by Sunshine Bank led by Andrew Samuel, CEO, and Brad Abbey, SVP of commercial lending.
As downtown Tampa continues to grow, the demand for easy access to the urban core continues to grow as well. Investment and development is radiating throughout our neighborhoods, including Old Seminole Heights.
