Media advisory - Photo opportunity - Mayor Buckhorn Hosts Inaugural Mayor's River O'Green on This Saturday, St. Patrick's Day
WHAT: Mayor Bob Buckhorn hosts the inaugural Mayor’s River O’Green Fest.
The City of Tampa will transform the Hillsborough River into a vibrant
green between Cass Street Bridge and Kennedy Bridge. The event, as well as
its entertainment and activities, are free and open to the public; however
that will not include vendor items.

WHEN: Event runs from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
10 a.m. Dye will be poured into Hillsborough River and Mayor Buckhorn
makes his arrival.
(Food trucks and other activity areas will also be in place by 10 a.m.)
10:30 a.m. Live entertainment begins on the stage.
11 a.m. Games hosted by Erik Cattelle begin.
11:30 a.m. Media outlets wishing to get footage or photos of the event
from a building downtown will be able to take photos and video from the 21st
floor of Tampa Downtown Partnership offices in Rivergate Tower, formerly
known as the Sykes building. Meet Ali Glisson on the first floor, near the bank
of elevators going up to the 21st floor (past Kahwa coffee).
