WHAT:                Test-run for N27057’00” W82027’41”, a 2011 Lights on Tampa project.

N27057’00” W82027’41” (longitude / latitude coordinates of the
Poe Parking Garage) is an investigation of light, space and perception.
Using large-scale projectors, Valbuena uses light as a physical
material, and appears to build space in the way that bricks build
walls and will bring a renewed emphasis to the exterior of the Poe
Parking garage façade located on Ashley Drive.
