Missing Man Found in Pasco County and Safely Returned to his Mother

25 year old Jermaine Robinson who has the mental capacity of a ten year old was found walking on Land O Lakes Boulevard by a Pasco County Deputy. The man's mother did not have a vehicle to pick him up so a Tampa Police officer drove Robinson him home. He is unharmed.
Juanita Robinson was in the process of moving into an apartment at 2900 block of Wilder Av. when her son walked away from the apartment at approximately 2:30 pm. on 2/9/11. He is a 25 year old mentally handicapped man with a delayed mental capacity. B/M Jermaine Earl Robinson 12/14/85 Thin build, 190 lbs, brown short low cut hair, last seen wearing long sleeve black shirt, black jeans and tennis shoes.
Ms. Robinson contacted police when she could not find him after searching herself for over 2 hours. Police units have been searching since we received the call at 4:55 pm and currently a TPD blood hound is attempting to track Mr. Robinson. There has been no sign of him since he walked away. Please contact the Tampa Police Department if the subject is seen. There is no foul play suspected.
Investigation is continuing.
