Last Seen Wearing: Khaki pants, blue t-shirt, beige jacket and white sneakers.

Vehicle Info: Missing subject is driving a 2000 Pontiac Montana Minivan, White in color, Iowa Tag 753NBA

Details: The subject is an Eighty (80) year old W/M who suffers from Dementia. He was last seen at his residence at 1100 hours by his wife as they went to bed to take a nap. She awoke at 1230 and he was gone and so was their 2000 Pontiac Montana (minivan), white in color with faded black or gray lower body molding, Iowa Tag "753NBA." He does not have his medication with him. The subject recently moved to Tampa from Dubuque, Iowa in November. A missing persons pickup was placed in NCIC/FCIC and a Silver Alert was placed via FDLE. FDOT is placing the Silver Alert on the electronic billboards with subjects name and vehicle information. No picture available at this time, as he has an Iowa DL. Anyone who locates Mr. Kirchberg is asked to call the Tampa Police at 231-6130.
