Officers Investigate Shooting at Motorcycle Club

Location:  4007 N. Nebraska Avenue, Tampa

Victim: W/M Edward Victoria 08/26/83 8730 N. Himes Ave. Tampa, Fl.

Suspect: W/M Juan Jose Cabrera 04/30/65 10134 Somersby Dr. Riverview, Fl.

At 0724 hrs. The Tampa Police received a call from The BP gas station located at N. Nebraska Ave. and E. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. The caller, a BP employee, advised that a customer had been shot. Police responded and discovered that the offense occurred at the Outlaw Motorcycle Clubhouse located at 4007 N. Nebraska Ave. Investigation revealed that the suspects vehicle was still in the parking lot and it was believed that he was still inside. The Tactical Response Team was activated to make entry and affect an arrest, but the subject surrendered to police prior to the entry. The victim was transported to the hospital and is in stable condition.

At this time it is believed that an argument occurred between the suspect and the victim, the suspect armed himself with a handgun and then shot the victim once in the stomach and once in the leg.
