The Tampa Police Department and the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force are looking for the suspect for the torture and false imprisonment of his girlfriend. During that time, Washington attacked her with an ice pick, clothes iron and a knife causing serious abrasions, burns and lacerations. She was also forced to perform sexual acts. The suspect also hit the victim’s child and spit on her, but the child did not suffer any serious physical injuries. When the victim’s sister arrived at the home for a visit, she discovered the situation and convinced the suspect to let the victim seek medical attention. The suspect instructed them not to go to a hospital. They went to a family member’s house and called police. The victim was treated and released from a local hospital.
The suspect is considered armed and dangerous.
