LAST SEEN: December 16, 2011 between 8 p.m. and 12 midnight
LOCATION: 5108 North 19th Street, Tampa
MISSING MOTHER: Rosalind Carswell, B/F, DOB: 3/15/1959, 5’10”, 220 pounds, light complexion with black braided hair (wig) and brown eyes. She has a scar on her right knee.
MISSING DAUGHTER: Eddyssia Livingston, B/F, DOB: 9/2/1979, 5’4”, 180 pounds, brown complexion with black braided hair (wig) and brown eyes.
VEHICLE: 2004 Suzuki Verona, 4-door, silver in color with a Florida tag (837LEX)
Tampa Police officers are asking for the public’s help in finding a mother and daughter who have been missing for several weeks. The two were last seen at a friend’s house in Tampa on December 16th. They never returned to their Clearwater home and have not contacted any family or friends, which is very unusual. The mother and daughter both suffer from mental illness and family members are concerned for their safety.
