Tampa residents can get free "Landscape Selections that Save Time, Money and Water!” tips at the 2016 Florida-Friendly Landscaping™ 101 workshop. The workshop will provide talks on Florida Friendly LandscapingTM yard recognition based on the nine principles, landscaping tips to save time and money and Florida-friendly groundcovers and ornamental grasses.

This year's workshop will be held at Hillsborough Community College's Dale Mabry campus from 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Saturday July 23.
