DETAILS: The victim was walking to the bus stop when the suspect approached her and said, "You know me." She did not know him and tried to walk around him. He blocked her path. She again tried to walk around him and he pointed his hand in the shape of a gun at her head. She was fearful that he was going to harm her and attempted to get past him on the other side. He grabbed her arm, spun her around and made her walk with him. The victim's friend saw this and confronted the suspect and the suspect walked off. The suspect then approached several other juveniles sitting on a bus bench and offered them a soda. They did not engage in conversation with him. A neighbor had already contacted police because they were watching the suspect sitting with the other girls at the bus stop. Upon the officer’s arrival, the suspect fled on foot. After a brief foot pursuit, the officer took him into custody.
