Tampa Police Detectives Searching for Farm Store Armed Robbery Suspects

Date/Time: March 26, 2011 at 10:53 p.m.

Location: Farm Store, 5701 North Armenia Avenue

Victim: Vishnubhai Vithalbna Patel, Male, DOB: 9/29/1966

Suspect #1: H/M, 17-20 years old, 5-7, 150 wearing khaki shorts, gray/black-hooded sweatshirt, black baseball style hat with white writing, black athletic shoes armed with a gun.

Suspect #2: B/M, 17-20 years old, 5-6, 150 wearing khaki shorts, gray/black-hooded sweatshirt, white athletic shoes armed with a gun.


Detectives are asking for the public’s help to track down two men who shot a Farm Store employee. The suspects walked into the Farm Store armed with guns and attempted to rob the store. A clerk spotted the suspects and ran outside the business. The two suspects followed the victim outside to the parking lot. They fired their guns at the victim multiple times and fled the area. The victim suffered non-life threatening injuries and was treated at the scene.
