Ye Mystic Krewe of Gasparilla Captain Philip Carroll joined Mayor Pam Iorio and Police Chief Jane Castor at the Tampa Police Department's press conference discussing the Gasparilla Zero Tolerance policy.

WHAT: Mayor Pam Iorio, Tampa Police Chief Jane Castor, Ye Mystic Krewe Captain Philip Carroll, Marketing Director for Pepin Distributing Company Bill Gieseking, and a Hillsborough County School Administrator will discuss the joint educational campaign and enforcement plans for Gasparilla 2011.

The Tampa Police Department and its education partners have launched an extensive campaign to ensure the community is aware of the zero tolerance policy in place at Gasparilla 2011.
