Tampa Police officers are working to track down a man who broke into a Grill Smith restaurant on June 30th. He entered the restaurant and went to the back office, where he looked through drawers and cabinets. The suspect did not find anything of value and left the business.

Police officers believe that this suspect was involved in two additional burglaries. One of them occurred within a few hours after the Grill Smith burglary at the Datz Deli, located at 2616 South MacDill Avenue. The other break-in occurred on June 24th at the Family Dollar, located at 2508 West Waters Avenue. The suspect used a blunt object to break the glass front doors of both businesses while they were closed. He stole various items during those burglaries.
