Tampa’s annual drinking water quality report is being mailed with City of Tampa utility bills throughout the month of May.

"The water quality report is our annual report card to our account holders. It provides a look at some of the work we do around the clock to ensure that Tampa receives top quality water at every tap,” said Tampa’s Water Department Director, Chuck Weber. "Once again this year’s  report shares good news for all of us. Tampa’s drinking water continues to meet or exceed state and local regulations."

Annually the Tampa Water Department produces and distributes a Water Quality Report for analyses performed on its water in the previous calendar year. The report contains information about Tampa's water sources, how the water is treated, how the water is tested, specific test results for any compounds detected in Tampa's water and other helpful consumer information.

All Water Department account holders will receive a single copy of the calendar year 2017 report enclosed in their City of Tampa utility bills. Water users who do not receive an individual City of Tampa utility bill and other interested persons can view this year's Water Quality Report at www.tampagov.net/waterquality or request one or more copies by calling (813) 274-8121, option #5.
