Temporary Lane Closure Commerce Park Boulevard to begin February 25, 2019 for Utility Construction

A portion of Commerce Park Boulevard between New Tampa Boulevard and Tampa Palms Boulevard will close beginning on Monday, February 25, 2019 for utility construction.  A City contractor will be installing water lines and valves on the west side of Commerce Park Boulevard between Technology Drive and Primrose Lake Circle.  One (1) southbound lane on Commerce Park Boulevard between Technology Drive and Primrose Lake Circle will close at 9 am on February 25, 2019. 

One (1) lane of southbound traffic on Commerce Park Boulevard between Technology Drive and Primrose Lake Circle will be maintained at all times, with delays. 

The sidewalk in the work area will be closed during construction.  Pedestrians will be diverted via signage around the work area on a temporary accessible route, during construction.

All lanes on Commerce Park Boulevard between Technology Drive and Primrose Lake Circle will be open to traffic by 4 pm on Friday, March 15, 2019, weather permitting.

The City of Tampa recommends that motorist use alternative routes to avoid traffic congestion. Southbound motorists can use Highwoods Preserve Parkway and Bruce B Downs Boulevard between New Tampa Boulevard and Tampa Palms Boulevard in lieu of Commerce Park Boulevard.
