Temporary Lane Closure on N Armenia Avenue to begin March 11, 2019 for Utility Maintenance

A portion of N Armenia Avenue between W Tampa Bay Boulevard and W Main Street will be close nightly from 7 pm to 6 am beginning on Monday, March 11, 2019 for utility maintenance.  The City contractor will clean and reline sewer main on N Armenia Avenue between W Columbus Drive and W St. Joseph Street.

One (1) southbound lane on N Armenia Avenue between W Kathleen Street and W St. Joseph Street will close nightly beginning on March 11, 2019.  One (1) lane of southbound traffic will be maintained on the west side of N Armenia Avenue at all times during construction, with delays.

The east-west alley between N Armenia Avenue and N St. Peter Avenue south of W Columbus Drive will also be closed during the construction.

All lanes on N Armenia Avenue between W Kathleen Street and W St. Joseph Street and the east-west alley on the west side of N Armenia Avenue between W Columbus Drive and W St. Joseph Street will be open by 6 am on Monday, March 25, 2019, weather permitting. 

The City of Tampa recommends that motorists use alternate routes to avoid traffic congestion.
