Below is a Traffic Advisory to be released today, September 5, 2017 for Pierce Street lane closure beginning September 5, 2017.

 

The details of the lane closure have been updated on the Public Road Closures Map.

 Temporary Lane Closure on Pierce Street to begin September 5, 2017 for Monument Removal

 

Tampa, FL (September 5, 2017) – A portion of N Pierce Street between E Twiggs Street and E Kennedy Boulevard will close on Tuesday, September 5, 2017 for removal of a monument at the Hillsborough County Courthouse.

One (1) lane on N Pierce Street between E Twiggs Street and E Kennedy Boulevard will close at 9 am on September 5, 2017 and will reopen to traffic by 4 pm on Friday, September 8, 2017, weather permitting

Pedestrian access will be available on the west side of N Pierce Street between E Twiggs Street and E Kennedy Boulevard, at all times during the work.

The City recommends using alternate routes to avoid traffic congestion.
