Temporary Road Closure on Manhattan Avenue to begin November 4, 2016 for Utility Work

A portion of Manhattan Avenue from Gandy Boulevard to Pearl Avenue will be closed at 9am on Friday, November 4, 2016.  Central Site Development will be installing stormwater facilities across Manhattan Avenue between Ballast Point Boulevard and Paxton Avenue for a new apartment complex on Manhattan Avenue. 

Manhattan Avenue will be closed on Friday, November 4, 2016 at 9am and will reopen by 5am on Monday, November 7, 2016, weather permitting.   

Local access for property owners and businesses will be available on Manhattan Avenue, north of Ballast Point Boulevard from Gandy Boulevard.

The City of Tampa recommends that motorists use alternative routes to avoid congestion.
