Traffic is expected to be heavy this weekend in Downtown Tampa due to the 2020 Tampa Bay Black Heritage Festival at the Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park. Drivers and pedestrians alike are advised to allow for extra travel time and travel through the area with caution. Barricades and signs will be located to assist with traffic flow.
