On Monday, July 15, department crews are closing the southbound lane of S West Shore Boulevard between W Everett Avenue and W Trilby Avenue to clean and televise the collection system in the area. Signage and barricades will be used to alert motorists of the lane closure and flaggers will be in place to assist with traffic flow.

This scheduled maintenance is expected to be completed by close of business on July 26, weather permitting, and normal traffic patterns will resume.

The City of Tampa recommends that motorists use alternative routes to avoid traffic congestion.
