The initial responding officers dove into the water in an attempt to rescue the two remaining occupants.  The U.S. Coast Guard, Clearwater Police Department and Tampa Fire Rescue responded to the scene to assist with the water rescue.  The agencies worked together to successfully remove Rishi Martinez and Gyzelle Diaz from the fully submerged vehicle.
