What: The Bromley Companies will mark Midtown Tampa’s vertical construction milestone with a ceremony on Wednesday, May 15 at 9:15 am. The event will bring together the master developer/owner Bromley Companies, project development team, local members of the community and Tampa’s Mayor, Jane Castor. Midtown Tampa is a District on the rise. The project is at a pivotal moment as vertical construction begins and the vision takes shape on the 22-acre, $500M site. Be the first to stand on the building pads of future retail at Bromley Avenue and Dale Mabry Hwy. See the beginnings of Whole Foods Market, Crescent Communities’ multifamily NOVEL, True Food Kitchen, Ponte Group Restaurant, Aloft and Element Hotels by Concord Hospitality and Midtown One office tower as they begin to rise this summer.
