Chef Steven is with the Aramark team—the provider of all food, beverage, and catering services at the facility.

Steven graduated from Le Cordon Bleu in addition to holding a business degree from Eastern Michigan University. He is highly accomplished with experience in both resorts and five-star restaurants in Las Vegas and New York, including Crescent Hotels & Resorts, Royal Pacific Resort, Swan & Dolphin Resort, The Don CeSar and Aquaknox, Todd English’s Olives and C. Charlie Trotters.

Steven, who lives in the Tampa Bay area, is excited to be a part of the on-going growth in Downtown Tampa!

  • Peach and goat cheese salad- Harvest mixed greens, fresh peaches, candied walnuts, shaved radish, cilantro buttermilk vinaigrette
