Cypress Point Park
This is a very active neighborhood park that has beach, jogging trail, sand volleyball court, playground, disc golf course, and numerous shelters that maybe rented through out online shelter rental system. The parking lot is very active and the park is a favorite spot for locals to enjoy lunch breaks.

Calm and tranquil, the white sand beach of Cypress Point offers breathtaking views of Tampa Bay with occasional flyovers from airplanes from Tampa International Airport and stunning sunsets.
Two shaded trails wind through the length of the park offering views of nature and wildlife. One trail is paved and the other is unpaved and connect at various points along the trails.
Safe and secure playground with a lot of benches to sit and watch your child play in the Florida sun.
Spacious shelters are available for your outdoor event and are equipped with picnic tables, grills and trash receptacles. Permitting for the shelters is handled by the shelter office and you can reach them at (813) 274-8184.
Disc Golf Course
A disc golf course that will challenge even the most enthusiastic players. Concrete teepads, good signage, places to sit and not much other activity on the grounds, all add to the experience. Some of the course may have standing water so wear appropriate foot gear. A creek comes into play on two holes.
Sand Volleyball Court
There is one sand volleyball court at Cypress Point Park. The court is located east of the parking lot.
Restroom, Outdoor shower and Changing Rooms
The Cypress Point Park facilities include restrooms, a family room, accessible changing room and an accessible outdoor shower. Drinking fountains are also available. All facilities are well maintained, well lit and clean.
