Found: 12/14/1982

On December 14, 1982, the body of 16 year old Leandra Hogan was found in a wooded lot in the 4300 block of West Hillsborough Avenue.  Ms. Hogan died as a result of upper body trauma

Margaret SlaytonMargaret Slaton
Found: 11/2/1984

On November 2, 1984, Margaret Slayton, 22 years of age, was discovered in a vacant lot in the area of N. MacDill Avenue and E. Osborne Avenue.  Ms. Slayton died of multiple stab wounds and was known to frequent N. Nebraska Avenue in Tampa.

Found: 4/2/1985

On March 29, 1985, at approximately 2:00 PM, Kim Vaccaro and Lisa Eisman (both 20 years old) left Buffalo, New York hitchhiking to Florida as they were seen getting into a semi-tractor trailer at the Pembrooke rest area of the New York Thruway. They were to meet with college friends in Fort Lauderdale, Florida for spring break. When they did not arrive as planned, family and friends contacted law enforcement to report them missing. On April 2, 1985, a retired Tampa Police Officer found two females floating in the river while fishing in the Hillsborough River located at Interstate 75. It is believed that they traveled the Interstate 95 corridor.

On May 14, 1990, at approximately 2115 hours, Terrance Stiebing was standing outside of his business located at 1316 West Busch Boulevard. Stiebing was approached by two unknown black male subjects. During an apparent struggle, the victim was shot and killed. 

Christina EvansChristina Evans
Found: 6/10/1992

n October 1991, 13 year old Christina Evens was reported as a Missing Person to the Tampa Police Department.  Evans lived in the South Tampa area and had been reported as a Runaway before.  On June 10, 1992, the body of Ms. Evans was found in a field at Dale Mabry Highway and Ballast Point Boulevard. She died from Homicidal Violence.

Suk Lee ChangSuk Lee Chang
Found: 10/11/1992

On October 11, 1992, Suk Yee Chang was in her residence located at 4004 W. Estrella when she was attached by an unknown intruder. Ms. Chang died from massive injuries to her upper body.

Theresa GreenTheresa Green
Found: 1/15/1994

On January 15, 1994, Theresa Green was at her residence located at 1002 W. Lemon Street along with her two small children.  During this time, an unknown suspect entered Ms. Green's apartment and stabbed her 42 times resulting in her death.

Mary Carol Hill-FredrickMary Hill-Fredrick
Found: 06/06/1994

On June 6, 1994, 37 year old Mary Carol Hill-Fredrick was reported as a Missing Person by her husband.  Ms. Fredrick, who at the time was working for HRS and was also a law student at Stetson University, was last know to be alive on June 3, 1994.  Ms. Fredrick has not been seen or heard from since this time.

Michael WatkinsMichael Watkins
Found: 1/12/2000

Mr. Watkins left the Apollo Lounge at 5110 N. 40th St. just after closing. He walked onto E. Conover Street nearby and was approached by two to three African-American, male suspects around 3:07 AM. The suspects opened fire on Mr. Watkins with firearms. Mr. Watkins died from multiple gunshot wounds suffered during the attack.

The victim was across the street from his residence in the Highland Pines area of Tampa when a shot rang out. The victim was struck by a gunshot in his back. He ran to his house where he collapsed and expired. 

Theresa MooreTheresa Moore
Found: 5/24/2001

The victim, Ms. Moore, lived alone at 4409 N. Branch St. in the Seminole Heights area of Tampa. On May 24th, 2001, neighbors became concerned after not seeing her for some time. She was found dead in her bedroom, the apparent victim of a homicide.

Found: 7/9/2001

Mr. Patel was an employee of the Ace Check Cashing business at 11502 N. Nebraska Av. On July 9th, 2001, at about 8:47 AM, an intrusion alarm activated at the business. Officers responded to the scene where they found Mr. Patel lying on the floor, dead from a gunshot wound.

Found: 7/28/2001

Mr. Davis was leaving a food stand around 2:44 a.m. when he was fatally wounded near in a parking lot on the intersection of Channelside Drive and Franklin Street near Club XS. 

Steven ClevengerSteven Clevenger
Found: 8/10/2001

On August 8th, 2001, a little after 11:30 PM, Mr. Clevenger was found dead inside his vehicle, a 1996 blue Suzuki Esteem. His car was parked on the west side of the Texaco gas station at E. Hillsborough Avenue and N. 34th Street. Mr. Clevenger died from a gunshot wound.

Felicia HinesFelicia Hines
Found: 12/7/2001

On the evening of December 7th, 2001, at around 8:45 PM, Ms. Hines and her boyfriend were in his Isuzu Amigo parked at 5509 N. 34th Street. As he backed out of the driveway he heard a loud noise and quickly realized Ms. Hines had been shot. She died from a single gunshot wound.

The victims were visiting from Connecticut. They left the home of friends in Clearwater and were found shot to death inside their cream colored 2000 Lincoln vehicle around 2:20 AM.

Found: 4/25/2007

On April 25, 2007 at approximately 6:25 p.m. Cedric Mills was gunned down in front of his home. The suspects fled eastbound on Laurel Street in a newer model light silver colored Chrysler Sebring with dark tinted windows.

Tracy McClellandTracy McClelland
Found: 3/6/2007

On March 6, 2007 Tracy McClelland was found buried in a shallow grave at 2110 North 71st Street, Tampa.  McClelland was the mother of three children and died from upper body trauma.

Levi DixonLevi Dixon
Found: 7/27/2008

17-year-old Levi Dixon was shot one time in the throat by a 9mm bullet.  The bullet passed through his body and exited out of his back.  The victim was visiting at this residence.  He was the only one at the home when the shooting took place.

Eddie IvyEddie Ivy
Found: 2008

Eddie was walking home from his mother's house, 811 East Frierson Street, carrying a box of dolls for his daughter.  He was attacked by two white or Hispanic males.  He was beaten and robbed.  The suspects fled in a silver, newer model, two door vehicle.

Salvatore Agostino
Found: 10/20/2010

On October 20, 2010 sometime between 2:30 p.m. and 4:35 p.m., Salvatore Agostino, a 73 year old antique dealer, was at his shop at 811 N. Armenia Av. in Tampa. Unknown person(s) entered the shop and murdered Agostino.  Robbery is a probable motive.
