Current List of Purchasing Department Public Meetings

Due to the current COVID-19 State of Emergency, all applicable protocols established by the CDC and Executive Orders issued by the Governor, the Hillsborough County Emergency Policy Group, the Hillsborough County Administrator and the Mayor of the City of Tampa, the City desires to ensure that Public Meetings are facilitated in the safest method possible for all parties.  In an effort to address this situation the City will begin hosting all Public Meetings online and post-meeting information (including instructions to access the meetings) below.

Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Accessibility

In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 286.26, Florida Statutes, persons with disabilities needing reasonable accommodation to participate in this public hearing or meeting should contact the City of Tampa's ADA Coordinator at least 48 hours prior to the proceeding.  The ADA Coordinator may be contacted by phone at 813-274-3964, email at TampaADA@tampagov.net, or by submitting an ADA - Accommodations Request online form available at tampagov.net/ADARequest.

Any person who decides to appeal any decision made with respect to any matter considered at this public hearing or meeting is advised that they will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose may need to hire a court reporter to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceeding is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
