In an effort to combat the affordable housing crisis for our aging populations, the Tampa City Council approved $750,000 to help fund the construction of an 88-unit affordable housing complex called Madison Highlands II.

A portion of W Cleveland Street has been identified as one of the most dangerous streets in Tampa for drivers and pedestrians. To address this, a series of safety improvements and roadway enhancements will be made.

Drivers can expect nightly lane closures from 7:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.
