Less than two hours later, the same suspect approached the second victim on N. 17th St near E. Palm Avenue, grabbed the victim’s cell phone, and ran northbound.

Thankfully, no one was injured in either case.

The suspect is described as a white, possibly Hispanic, male in his mid-twenties. He is between 5'10"-6'01" with a thin build. He can be seen in the video wearing a black jacket with gold or white writing, dark jeans, white sneakers, and a gold chain.
