The vendor was able to correct the wireless issue. All lines are now working correctly.

The Tampa Police Department is working with vendors to quickly address a technical issue causing some wireless calls to our non-emergency number (813.231.6130) be disconnected.
911 lines are NOT affected.
If disconnected, callers can try again or call 911 if the situation is urgent. The TampaPD app and TIP411 are also available for non-emergencies.
Updates will be provided as soon as the issue is resolved.
