Come to Seddon Channel and tie up at one of two floating docks for a few hours or stay overnight. Just a few steps puts you at The Sail, a pet-friendly waterfront eatery & bar on Tampa's Riverwalk. Walk from there to: The Florida Aquarium , Amalie Arena, Tampa Bay History Center, Channelside, Tampa Museum of Art, Curtis Hixon Park, or the Glazer Children's Museum. Visitors can also take advantage of free rides with the Downtowner or hop aboard the Tampa Streetcar and ride to Ybor City.

All boats are $2 per foot, a minimum $52, plus tax.
10 night max, with renewal upon availability. Check in 12 PM, check out is before 11 AM with early check-in by request. TCC Marina shall charge credit card on file for additional time not paid in advance. Slips reserved for boats only; kayaks, canoes and dinghies prohibited. Commercial business operations prohibited at the Docks unless contracted with the City. Docks are not monitored 24/7. See Dockmaster contact at top of page for assistance.

Reserve & Pay For Hourly Docking Through Dockwa (4 Hour Day Pass)
Hourly docking available for $3 an hour on a first come basis. To reserve a slip, a day pass is required and is valid for up to 4 hours. Click on the link above and choose the arrival and departure date as the same day for the day pass option.
Seawall Docking
One seawall available for Commercial boats: $1/Ft. per day if event related; else $2/Ft. Commercial business operations are prohibited at the Docks. Seawall has 6-50AMP single phase outlets approx. 30 Ft apart. Seawall is not monitored 24/7. Requires $1M P&I + General Liability coverage with City of Tampa as additional insured. Slips-with power & water (South Dock)
- For boats up to 50Ft: Slips 8-13
- For boats over 50Ft: Slips 23-25 (linear-3 slips total 150Ft.)
- Power is 30 & 50 Amps-for add'l power, boater must bring a combiner.
Slips-without power & water (North Dock)
- For boats up to 50Ft: Slips 1-7
- For boats over 50Ft: Slips 20-22 (linear-3 slips total 147Ft.)
Slips 14-19 and 26-27 not available as used for:
Tampa Bay Fun Boat, Kraken Cycleboats, Tampa Bay Water Bikes, Riverwalk Boating, eBoats, and Tampa Pirate Water Taxi.
Policy and Information
Waiving of Fees
TCC does not waive docking fees for not-for-profit organizations or provide for in-kind donations.
Restrooms/Ice
The Sail restrooms open daily 8 AM-2 AM. Showers not available. Ice at neighboring Marriott Marina.
Marina with Fuel, Pump Out Station, Showers
Visit Marjorie Park Yacht Basin minutes away in Davis Islands for these (813) 259-1604. Open 8:00-5:00 daily. Closed on City of Tampa holidays.
Terms & Conditions
The following Terms & Conditions are to ensure the safety of all persons utilizing the Docks and a pleasant experience. Violations may be cause for immediate termination of docking services. See Violations below for full language regarding TCC's policy.
Alcoholic Beverages
Only alcoholic beverages purchased from TCC, The Sail or in Riverwalk logoed cups permitted on Docks.
Commercial Business
Commercial business operations are prohibited at the Docks.
Contracted Services
Vessel maintenance is not permitted at Docks without prior written approval by TCC management. Persons conducting permitted work must check-in with the Dockmaster daily.
Electrical/Water Outages
TCC shall be held harmless for damages resulting from electrical or water outages.
Emergencies
Please call 911 in the case of a medical emergency. Call (813) 274-7791 for Convention Center Security. To report a fuel spill, contact the Dockmaster or Security.
Fire Hazards
Grills or any type of fires prohibited on Docks. Owners must cure conditions deemed hazardous by TCC, else owner will be required to leave premises.
Fishing/Swimming
Fishing, cast netting and swimming from the Docks is prohibited.
Maintenance
Maintenance of vessels prohibited without prior written approval by TCC management and check-in with the Dockmaster daily.
Noise
Noise generated from engines, generators, radios, television, etc. must be kept to a minimum so not to create a nuisance.
Relocation
TCC reserves the right to relocate vessels illegally docked in a reserved Slip if owner refuses or cannot be contacted, in the case of an emergency or due to special circumstances.
Pets
Pets must be leashed and pet waste must be disposed of properly. If a pet is deemed a nuisance, owner will be requested to leave premises.
Property
TCC shall not be liable for vessel owner's property. Personal items may not be stored on Docks, to include vehicles/equipment.
Pollutants
Oil, paint, or any chemical or pollutant may not be disposed of at TCC.
Registration Agreement
No vessel shall moor at Docks without registering and advance payment to the Dockmaster.
Seaworthy
Vessels must be able to operate under their own power to lease a Slip.
Signage
For Sale and any other signs on vessels or Docks prohibited. TCC reserves the right to remove signage without notice.
Subleasing
The sub-leasing of rented slips is prohibited.
Unattended Vessels
In an emergency, TCC reserves the right, but not the responsibility, to take any action it deems necessary to safeguard unattended vessels and seek repayment for cost incurred on owner's behalf.
Vacated Slips
Slip will be deemed vacated and available for rental if unoccupied for an extended period of time without notification to the Dockmaster.
Vehicles
Vehicles (bikes, mopeds, skateboards, etc.) may not be ridden on Docks.
Violations
Violation of TCC Terms & Conditions, disorder, depredations or indecorous conduct by a vessel owner, his crew, agents or guests that might injure other persons, harm the reputation of TCC, or cause damage to property shall be cause for immediate removal of the vessel in question and termination of the Agreement at the discretion of TCC. Violation of any City or County Ordinance, State or Federal Laws, rules of the road including Navigation Laws of the United States, as well as violation of any regulation of City, County, State or Federal agencies shall be cause to terminate the Agreement immediately and exclude the Owner and said vessel from TCC.
