Our Services

National Sales Managers are ready to help you book your convention, tradeshow, consumer show, sporting event, meeting, or special event.  Our talented Convention Services Managers (CSM’s) can assist you with every detail of planning your event while serving as your liaison to our in-house service partners.

Florida is a right-to-work state; therefore, we have no union contracts with our contract partners.

The Convention Center’s experienced Guest Services Manager will coordinate with your CSM to ensure you have any ambassador and security services needed and the necessary permits for fire safety.  Our Event Set-Up & Operations Team will also be working hand-in-hand with the Planning Staff to make certain your requirements are met.

Our in-house Social Media team can help promote your event through pictures and videos on Facebook, Twitter & Instagram.  Our large outdoor video marquee will also display your event information.
