The City of Tampa Development and Growth Management Department is seeking public comment on a proposed application for a planning grant to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to evaluate current land use policies and regulations affecting development within the City of Tampa’s Hurricane A and B Evacuation Zones.
The City of Tampa Department of Development and Growth Management's overall department function is to ensure safe and affordable housing and commercial structures that are compatible and compliant with applicable codes and ordinances.
